Meet Katie Moss
Hi, I’m Katie, creator of Rainbowtarian and author of The Rainbowtarian Way.
How Rainbowtarian Began
A few years ago, with a newborn and toddler at home, life fell apart. I nearly died, twice. My husband and mum were both diagnosed with cancer. And those things were just the tip of the iceberg.
Tough times have a way of stripping life back to its essence. And in that raw space, things become clear in a way they never do when you're going through the motions of day-to-day life.
What began as a deeply personal attempt to keep going and not just survive, but actually live, evolved into something bigger.
Drawing on my background in research, human behaviour and tech, and supported by a team of experts – from doctors and nutritionists to business leaders and coaches - I developed what became Rainbowtarian: a science-backed framework for living well and thriving, built for the pace, pressure and emotional complexity of life in the AI age.
My book, The Rainbowtarian Way, has been featured in national media, and is available at Waterstones and other leading retailers.
More About Me
I’m a Cambridge graduate and seasoned speaker who has built ventures, led creative projects, and worked with everyone from global brands to small businesses and purpose-led organisations. My journey includes co-founding JustPark (formerly ParkatMyHouse) and launching Shopwyre, a retail tech platform used by Unilever, Nestlé, Tesco and others.
My blend of strategic thinking and human insight makes the Rainbowtarian approach to wellbeing grounded, compelling, and relevant across today’s world - resonating with different people, in different places, from boardrooms and classrooms to wellness hubs, cultural spaces, communities, and everyday life.
What I do now
Today, I share the Rainbowtarian approach through my book, talks, and workshops - helping individuals, organisations, and communities stay healthy, happy, and human in a world that’s becoming faster and more automated.
